This has been my favorite sunscreen for years. I've go through 4 tubes a year. It does initially leave a slight white cast but it does fade. I'm fair skinned so I actually like the cast bc it gives my skin slight coverage. I only wear cream blush so I'm not sure how it works with a full face of makeup but it doesn't cause any issues with my blush application. It leaves my skin very glowy and moisturized despite it containing only physical filters. I'm in my early 40s so I need all the moisture I can get. I can't use chemical sunscreens bc they all irritate my face. Pretty much the entire line of products from pyunkang yul are made for sensitive skin and this is no exception. It has no fragrance and somehow doesn't have that gross smell zinc oxide sometimes has when it sits on the skin too long. For me this is the perfect sunscreen. I look forward to using it every time!
Not a bad option, especially for warmer months if you prefer that glow and don’t mind a slight white cast that will fade eventually somewhat. For winter it’s drying and not enough hydration. Unscented, so that’s a plus. I still prefer other mineral sunscreens though for my everyday use,
I have dry skin and it does a good job at giving me a matte finish after my moisturizer. However, I think the white cast makes it hard to apply/want since after three minutes of rubbing it in, it is still there. My skin is a bit tan, so I guess it makes sense. Also, this sunscreen does absorb fast (which I find nice). I do recommend it for people who like a matte finish and people who have time to rub it in. Great product tho!
I have combo/oily skin, and on constant search for a mineral/hybrid sunscreen that’s unscented, doesn’t leave much white cast, and doesn’t make me shine too much. This one is very easy to apply, doesn’t leave any cast at all, no scent, but it does make me shine somewhat. I have to blot and use powder to avoid that, but will probably work best for those looking for a bit of extra hydration. Will use it for the rest of the body.
No white cast, extremely gentle and ultra hydrating.
