Shipping Policy

Questions on Cost for Shipping:

Standard shipping within the US is free on all orders $35+, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping is shown during checkout for all orders less than $35.

If you would like to change your shipping address:

If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number for faster processing. Unfortunately, we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been processed by our warehouse, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout.

It is very important that you provide us with the correct shipping information. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the custody of the shipping carrier. Please contact your projected carrier for all issues with tracking, delivery, or delays. 

Delivery Failure

  1. Lost Parcel

Customers need to cooperate in providing us with proof of evidence such as pictures of any issues that occurred.
A refund or reshipment can only be processed if the delivery company officially declares the parcel as “Lost."
The delivery company is not responsible for a stolen or missing package after the delivery to the recipient's correct address, and a refund or redelivery is not possible in this case.

     2. Recipient Unreachable

In case of incorrect address or contact information on customers’ order, we will send an email requesting the correct information. If customers fail to provide the required information within the determined period decided by the  MOIDA, the whole package will be returned

Please be aware that refund or redelivery is NOT possible in this case.

What is the ETA for my order?

Holidays excluded, standard fulfillment and shipping takes 3-7 business days after the order is placed. Depending on where you live, delivery may take a longer time to arrive.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.

My Package status is DELIVERED but I have not received it!

Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home, and you may receive your package within 24 hours after your tracking has updated to “delivered.” If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please contact your local USPS or UPS
