Return Policy
1. The return request must be made within 15 business days from the received date. Please contact us through the MOIDA chatbot for return requests. After you register the return form through our chatbot, we will check whether the return is eligible. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. The items must be unused and in their original condition. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
2. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. We do not accept returns of Time Deal items or Clearance items. Clearance items and Time Deal items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Damaged Item(s) / Wrong Item(s) Return Policy
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, you can submit a return request through the MOIDA chatbot along with a photo as proof. After reviewing the information, we will send replacement items with a prepaid return shipping label or issue a refund.
3. All exchanges and returns are subject to validation and approval at MOIDA's discretion. MOIDA reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request without prior notice.
4. We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions caused by products that we sell.
Refund Policy
After confirmation from the CS team, the product will be refunded to you.
1. The refund request must be made within 15 business days from the received date.
2. For refunds, you can choose to receive a refund in points or through your original payment method.
3. MOIDA Point Refunds: Points can be used like cash on the site. (100 Points = $1)
4. Original Payment Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment account and may take up to 14 business days to process.
