Have just started using serum . Yet to see difference gets absorbed easily

I’m not sure if this did anything to my skin, I used it for a month and noticed no difference. It’s not hydrating, and I didn’t notice any toning or tightening. Maybe it’s a long term term so I give benefit of doubt
