not very pigmented

bought blush on as a cool/neutral tone east asian. blush is not very pigmented, which allows the user more control over how prominent the blush is. i was hoping for more pigment going off of the images. not as glowy as advertised. i would not say the blush quality matches the price point. milani baked blushes from drugstores have a similar effect for a quarter of the price.
