[Dr.Melaxin] Eyephalt Eyebag Cream 10ml

I love this product and have purchased it many times. It’s the only thing that has worked on my eyebags and I know because I have a drawer full of products that don’t work.

I thought this eye cream to try as one of image shows 100 percent refund guarantee. The eye cream did not work in reducing eye bags at all, even for short temporary period. I tried to contact the customer service numerous times and finally got a response saying this refund guarantee only applies to product purchased directly from Dr Melaxin official website. However there was no such warning or disclaimer on the website when I made the purchase. They took down the picture on the website upon my enquiry and denied my refund request. This company is an irresponsible company and you will never be able to in touch with the customers service. Very disappointed at their service and product.
