Great for prepping skin in the winter

This toner feels a bit richer than typical hydrating toners—almost like a lightweight milk. It layers smoothly under serums and cream, adding both hydration and a soft glow. Compared to more watery toners, it’s soothing and gives a bit more staying power—great for prepping skin without overwhelming it. Better if used in the winter.

dry eczema skin. purchased due to "intense moisture" and to "brighten dull skin and provide even and radiant complexion" claims but saw no improvement over two months. did not irritate my eczema but was not as hydrating as advertised. very thin viscosity.
