The Dokdo toner is very light and watery. As someone with dry skin, I use this toner twice a day in the morning and at night. It's pretty good at hydrating the skin, which is all I am really looking for.

Perfect toner, not harsh or irritating to my skin. Only downside is the bottle cap, every time I have ordered the cap is always broken. Maybe put an extra bottle cap in the package. But the actual product is great.
