One of the things I appreciate about this product is its creamy texture—I'm more of a cream face wash fan than a gel one. I gave it four stars instead of five because I found it quite drying on my skin. Following up with a toner or serum immediately is essential; otherwise, I noticed my complexion looking a bit dry and ashy. Overall, it's a good product, but just be mindful that your skin needs moisture after using it!
