1. Soak a cotton pad with the toner and wipe off cleansed skin, avoiding eyes and lips area.

Gentle but effective

I've used about half of the bottle now and my skin texture has improved soo much. I have very oily acne prone skin and it's helped regulate my oil production as well. I think this is good for anyone who wants to use ahas and bhas but wants to avoid purging since it has such a small amount.
