Hydrating Makeup Remover Oil & Water Cleanser

A dual-phase (oil + water) makeup remover specially formulated to dissolve stubborn waterproof mascara and long-wear lip products effortlessly. It uses fermented grain extracts to gently lift off makeup while leaving skin feeling cleansed, refreshed, and hydrated without any greasy residue. Dermatologically and eye-irritation tested, it's designed to be gentle on delicate areas like the eyes and lips.

Shake the bottle thoroughly to mix the oil and water phases. Saturate a cotton pad with the remover and gently wipe closed eyelids or lips. For waterproof or heavy makeup, press the soaked pad onto the area for a few seconds, then gently sweep away. Follow with your regular cleanser to remove any remaining residue.
