1. Cleanse the problem area thoroughly and dry completely.
2. Take a patch matching the size of the spot and firmly press it onto the area of concern.
3. Once the calming ingredient-infused dot has been absorbed and disappeared, replace with a new patch after approximately 6-8 hours.
