1. Wash your feet and legs & dry them
2. Remove a mask from the package and gently tear them apart along the perforated line
3. Wear them and secure around the top of your calves with adhesive strips
4. Massage your feet and calves while wearing the mask
5. Wear them for 15 to 20 minutes
6. Remove and dispose the mask
7. Pat or massage gently until the essence is absorbed
