1. After cleansing, prepare your skin with toner.
2. Take out the sheet mask from the pouch and apply to the face.
3. Remove the protective film from the external facing side.
4. Leave for 15-20 minutes and remove the sheet.

My hair was the exact shade of the 'before' photo advertised on the 'Mute Brown' color. All I wanted this product to do was help me cool the tone of my hair. It did literally nothing. After rinsing the dye out, my hair was exactly the same shade as it was before. You can see in my attached photos, my 'before' (left) and 'after' (right). I have dyed my hair at home many many times and of all the things that can go wrong with at home hair dye, "did nothing" was not something I ever expected.
