1. Once a day wet your hair and scalp with warm water and evenly spread over hair and scalp after taking a moderate amount into hands

This does not effect the efficacy of the product, however please store the product in temp above 25°C. You may also dip the product in warm water between 25°C and 45°C to return the mixture to its original state.

My hair was the exact shade of the 'before' photo advertised on the 'Mute Brown' color. All I wanted this product to do was help me cool the tone of my hair. It did literally nothing. After rinsing the dye out, my hair was exactly the same shade as it was before. You can see in my attached photos, my 'before' (left) and 'after' (right). I have dyed my hair at home many many times and of all the things that can go wrong with at home hair dye, "did nothing" was not something I ever expected.
