1.Lather on wet body with hands or a loofah.
2. Apply thoroughly to areas that are prone to acne, such as between the shoulder blades, sternum, and dry elbows.
3. Rinse with water.

I ended up getting the heartleaf and used it after a long international flight...best decision! It was calming and soothing--I even put it in the fridge for extra cooling since it's summertime, and it helped so much.
I use this when it's a hair wash day as a treatment, and it's so good! I find that even when I just leave it in for 5 minutes, it really does help with my hair. I have oily hair by day 2 and while this is super nourishing, it doesn't make my hair any oilier. Will continue to purchase!
