Use spatula included to scoop balm. Gently massage in circular motions onto dry skin using your fingertips to breakdown all makeup and residue. Add water to emulsify the oil and massage again. Rinse well with lukewarm water or wipe off with face cloth or tissue.

Love this cleansing balm. Will remove waterproof mascara if you give it a few minutes to soak in before emulsifying. Does not sting my sensitive eyes. Have purchased numerous jars and will continue to use this winner!

I tried this serum for the first time six months ago and I've been using it consistently ever since. It has helped so much with my skin texture and redness. When my skin acts up...I layer this in my routine.
It is a little sticky but I don't mind the consistency. My only complaint is that the bottles are so small. I wish they were sold in a bigger size. But it is nice for when you want to try something out.
