I love how it feels like a moisturizer, and makes me doubt whether I should still put my actual moisturizer on lol

I adore this product - I have dry sensitive skin, and this toner has a moisturizing effect that I really have noticed the benefits of. It's got a bit of a milky texture to it, which offers it some stretch compared to other toners, so a little goes a long way. My skin feels nourished, refreshed, and hydrated after using it - it has a slight fragrance, but it's not strong and it doesn't irritate my skin (which is saying a lot bc my skin will get mad if you look at it the wrong way lol). Definitely recommend - especially for people will dry, dull, or dehydrated skin!!
