1. Clean and dry the area where the patch will be applied, ensuring it is free from moisture and oils.
2. Apply the patch to the desired area and gently press it with your fingers. The warmth from your hands will enhance the adhesive strength.
3. Once the patch turns white and swells, it has absorbed the exudate. It is recommended to wear the patch for 6-8 hours before replacing it.
4. When removing the patch, gently peel it off starting from the edges.

it’s a good sunscreen, but since this should be a moisturiser and sunscreen, it isn’t hydrating enough. also, it does have a white cast which takes a while to go away.
