I have used this toner for almost a year now. I have sensitive combo acne prone skin. Literally everything breaks me out so when I started using this early on in the year I didn’t notice any breakouts. It helped give my skin a bit of hydration and helped calm breakouts, however the formula seems to have changed. Before the toner would feel like hydrating water and didn’t leave any residue. Now when I rub it into the skin it leaves this soapy film I’ve never experienced. The finish is also a bit sticky which is really weird; It never used to be sticky. If I put it on at night I wake up with new whiteheads.
