Below are our frequently asked questions to help you with your shopping.

SHIPPING

Unfortunately, We only ship within United States.

We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all orders for all orders $35+. Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $35.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business days(Not including holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to updated.

All MOIDA orders are shipped out of the US. Orders with standard shipping usually take 3-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

ORDERS

Please leave the inquiry on our Chatbot on our site as soon as possible with your order number and the desired change details. Order change and cancellation can only be done before the order is shipped. If you wish to change/cancel, please contact customer service through the chatbot as soon as possible.

If you need to return an order, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products within 15 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not offer exchanges on any products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you experience any issues with the return process or have any questions, please submit an inquiry through our chatbot.

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check your mailbox, surrounding delivery area, front desk, and nearby neighbors. In many cases, packages are located in one of these places.

We also recommend contacting your local USPS office for further assistance.

Please note that once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, MOIDA is unable to take responsibility for lost or missing packages. However, if you need to file a claim with the carrier and have any supporting information, we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged or that something was missing from your order.

Please contact us through our chatbot within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packing slip, and all items you received. Our team will review your case and assist you as soon as possible.
