It needs some techniques to use on one of my sideburns cuz sometimes I accidentally graze this hair mascara on my ears or my skin around the sideburn while using it. Then I have to erase it out quickly or not so hard to remove it later because I use this after complete makeup. If I use this for one corner of the large gray hair area (maybe 2~3 cm in diameter?), it makes my hair pretty hard and heavy on that region... I used to put powdery hair shading ones, but they weren't that sophisticated, so I wanted to try this hair mascara. I'm still trying to get more techniques and tips to use it. Not easy to maneuver. But it hides O.K my gray hair overall.

My hair was the exact shade of the 'before' photo advertised on the 'Mute Brown' color. All I wanted this product to do was help me cool the tone of my hair. It did literally nothing. After rinsing the dye out, my hair was exactly the same shade as it was before. You can see in my attached photos, my 'before' (left) and 'after' (right). I have dyed my hair at home many many times and of all the things that can go wrong with at home hair dye, "did nothing" was not something I ever expected.
