It says 10 but received 9 only

I ordered this mask 2 times and I received the order today. I received only 9 each that means out of 20 sheets I received 18. I didn’t get acai sheets. I have never tired this before so I don’t know how it does but I didn’t get my 2 sheets so I m giving 2 stars for that. I ordered without login or as guest so I guess I there is no way to contact customer service. Only option is with chat, and they ask you to login.
