1. Start with a clean, dry face and remove the thick protective film, then place the patch over the center of the nose and peel away the remaining film
2. Gently press from the center outward to ensure the patch adheres smoothly to the skin with no air bubbles
3. Leave on for 4–8 hours or overnight, and when the patch turns white, carefully peel it off from the edges and discard
