See-through Soft Blur Base
A lightweight formulation with delicate pigments to bring out the best of your lids for a silky and flawless soft-focus eye makeup

Suggested use

Apply a moderate amount to eyelids, or cheeks, blending with your fingertips or a brush. Use alone, or allow formula to dry before applying eyeshadow.
*Remove with eye-makeup remover

TIP 1:
Apply a small amopunt with the applicator tip onto eyelids. Layer for a more vibrant color perfomance.

TIP 2:
Use fingertips to blend and create a natural soft matte finish.

TIP 3:
Use on both eyelids and cheek area for a delicate tone-on-tone makeup look.

Was not a primer at all - slipped and slid everywhere. The shade is nice but not $14 nice! Very disappointing.
