Suggested use

1. After washing the face, dispense onto the palm and apply on the face in a gentle tapping motion to promote absorption into skin.

Great basic toner

This is my favorite basic toner for daily hydration focused routine for my dry skin. Works well with all other products. Watery texture but feels like it does help with dryness.
