Goes under mascara nicely

I first primed my lashes with this then put a top coat of non waterproof mascara and the mascara lasted all day and held the curl thanks to this product. This dries clear

Holy grail primer

I will never purchase another mascara primer because of how well this works. I was nervous to use the reformulation/repackaging because I loved the old one that I was using but it works practically the same. Would repurchase and recommend it over and over again.
