Dear Moida Team,

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience in the hope that it may help improve your delivery process and customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery time and the lack of response from your customer service team. I placed an order for several items on May 9, 2025, and I only received the package on May 20, 2025—a full 11 days later.
To make matters worse, I received an email from your company on May 13, stating, “We fulfilled your order from our store MOIDA 0 days ago and we'd love to hear what you think about it.” I found this confusing and frustrating, as I had not even received my order at that time. How is a customer expected to write a review before they receive the products?
Concerned about the delay, I sent an email on May 14 asking for an update on the delivery status:
“Hello, unfortunately I have not received the merchandise I ordered yet. Can you check where the package is? Looking forward to your reply.”

I never received any response to this inquiry.
This level of service is unacceptable. While your pricing may be competitive, the lack of customer support and the delayed delivery make for a very disappointing experience. I regret placing an order through your website.
As a result, I would like to return the items and request a full refund. Please let me know the return process and provide the necessary instructions as soon as possible.

Essence

The amount of essence in the pack is amazing. Not only great for your face, but can apply it to your arms and neck.

The toner pad is really cooling to the skin and it leaves my skin hydrated.

I tried this serum for the first time six months ago and I've been using it consistently ever since. It has helped so much with my skin texture and redness. When my skin acts up...I layer this in my routine.
It is a little sticky but I don't mind the consistency. My only complaint is that the bottles are so small. I wish they were sold in a bigger size. But it is nice for when you want to try something out.
Highly recommend

I like how plump my skin gets when I use this. And it does do its job for correcting dark spots.

I havent tried it but looking forward to good results. Will update once tried.
