Sugerencia de uso

1. Después de la limpieza, colocar el paso 1 en la nariz durante 15-20 minutos.

3. Mojar la nariz con agua y colocar el paso 2 en la nariz.
4. Después de 10-15 minutos y retírelo lentamente del borde.
