1. Wash the scalp with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a moderate amount of shampoo to the hair, massage it for 2-3 minutes.

Nice combo. A little hard to get the product fron the conditioner bottle, but good overall

Love using this as an exfoliator. It gets the day removed and leaves my skin feeling nice and clean.Would not use every day but rather every other day!
