Toner: After cleansing, soak cotton pad with toner and gently swipe all over your face.
If using the leave-on method, soak cotton pads with toner and leave on face for 5 to 10 minutes.
Lotion: After toner, take an appropriate amount and gently apply it along the skin texture.

Unfortunately I am allergic to something in the toner that made my skin have a reaction. I only have a reaction on my face no issues on my neck though so I'm sure I'll still use it. I just wouldn't buy it again. The lotion however works very well and I have really enjoyed it. I feel like it has been super moisturizing and pretty light.

I tried this serum for the first time six months ago and I've been using it consistently ever since. It has helped so much with my skin texture and redness. When my skin acts up...I layer this in my routine.
It is a little sticky but I don't mind the consistency. My only complaint is that the bottles are so small. I wish they were sold in a bigger size. But it is nice for when you want to try something out.
