Toner:

Lotion:
Lightweight moisturizer rich with minerals from Ulleungdo deep seawater and Triple Hyaluronic Acid. Experience enhanced moisture retention with long lasting hydration.

Toner: After cleansing, soak cotton pad with toner and gently swipe all over your face.
If using the leave-on method, soak cotton pads with toner and leave on face for 5 to 10 minutes.

Lotion: After toner, take an appropriate amount and gently apply it along the skin texture.

Toner Issues. Love the lotion.

Unfortunately I am allergic to something in the toner that made my skin have a reaction. I only have a reaction on my face no issues on my neck though so I'm sure I'll still use it. I just wouldn't buy it again. The lotion however works very well and I have really enjoyed it. I feel like it has been super moisturizing and pretty light.
